Aspen Valley had our 2 dogs whilst we were on holiday over Christmas. All good, no problems, dogs were happy enough when we picked them up. Will use again.

I have been using Aspen Valley for the last nine years and I cannot fault them, my cat has always been very well looked after, and just recently we got a dog and he also now boards with them when we go away, he is also very well looked after. They are lovely people who own the cattery/kennels and we are more than happy to leave our pets in their capable hands.

Been going for years and always the dogs have been treated very well if there's been a problem with the dog they let us know there very good once we picked them up and they had kennel cough and the dogs had been treated with the vet and they gave us the rest of the tablets to finish the course you never really know because your dog can't tell you but I trust the girls that look after Molly

Stanley our 16 year old jack Russell cross has just spent a week at Aspen Valley. He has boarded here for at least twice a year, sometimes for 1 week sometimes weeks since he was about 3 years old. He has always been brilliantly cared for by the lovely staff. He trots off happy with the Kennel maid without hesitation when we drop him off and comes out wagging his tail when we collect him. We would highly recommend this Establishment to anybody. Keep up the good work.

The dogs were happy and in great condition when we collected them. They are clearly well looked after and I would be happy to use Aspen Valley again. One small drawback is the limited pick up time, 10-12 am.

Many thanks for your lovely review and feedback. We try and keep the drop off and pick up times during the week to 10am and 12 or 3.30 to 5pm. Weekends is 10am to 12.

This allows staff to concentrate on the care of pets and dedicate their time accordingly. We are happy to allocate times outside these hours with prior arrangements.

I have a dog and 2 cats. They have been going to Aspen valley for some time. I know they are in good hands when I go on holiday. The staff are lovely, kind and so good with the pets. My dog in particular loves going there. Reasonably priced too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aspen Valley Boarding Kennels & Cattery.
